How to fix black screen of death in a Surface Book 2?

I have been trying to fix my surface book 2 black screen for few days now without progress! I tried all different technical support approach such as force restart with power button and then using power button + volume up button, also press windows key+ cltr + shift+ B ! I also detached the machine from the keyboard and repeated the approach above ! I can slightly see that the content is there but the screen does not light up ! I would appreciate any recommendations !! I am also looking for a Microsoft Surface Book service provider in São Paulo - Brazil, I would welcome any recommendations on that too !! It seems that Microsoft lacks of authorized service provider in this region !
