Company with 40 SurfaceBook 3 and all failing

Hi,

We have about 40 SurfaceBook 3's in the company that are gradually failing, we are constantly replacing/warrantying them with Microsoft. Users are getting frustrated, but i cannot just write off all 40 and replace them. Issues range from Teams crashing to bluescreens and general slow downs. They have been particularly bad in the heat. We have reloaded them with W10 & W11 which makes little difference. We have been applying firmware/drivers when available and Windows updates have been completed. They only run Microsoft applications, with a few that run Autocad or Adobe. Is anyone else having these issues? Some of them have warranties that have expired or expired. I am faced with paying a £450 out-of-warranty repair or replacing the £2000 machine after 12 months of use.
