Surface Mouse with combined Surface Dial Scroll Wheel

As a big fan of the Surface Dial and Surface Mouse, I would love for the scroll wheel on my Surface Mouse to function like the Surface Dial. Please make this product Microsoft. The Surface Dial works as a Scroll Wheel anyway, so why not the Scroll Wheel as the Surface Dial, it's the same thing mechanically really.

I use the Surface Dial everyday with a 3rd party program called Elephant 2.0 from savethehumans, which overides the Surface Dial and provides more control for DAW control, but I always think "why can't this scroll wheel work as the Surface Dial does"?
