Peter69 My surface laptop 3 that I just purchased several weeks ago is doing the same thing. I have a surface mouse and the bluetooth just stops working, i can't unpair the mouse, or do anything bluetooth wise (it says the device/laptop bluetooth is not working). I have to restart my computer to get it to work again. Both microsoft products but don't work!
Also my laptop makes a very high pitched sound when it is charging and its almost unbearable so i have to turn on music...not so happy
