What tools do I need to use Microsoft Stream?
As the title suggests can anyone help me with what tools do I need to use for Microsoft Stream? Also, what kind of analytics I would be provided?

Lewis-HHi Lewis! I am not sure what you mean with "What tools do I need >>>use<<< ...". To use Microsoft Stream you need an Office 365 or a Microsoft Stream License and you can access Microsoft Stream with a web browser or with the mobile apps for iOS or Android. Farther you can integrate Microsoft Stream videos in Microsoft Teams, Yammer, SharePoint, … . Or did you mean "What tools do I need to produce my own videos for Microsoft Stream?"
To your analytics question: Enhanced analytics for videos in Microsoft Stream is announced for Q3CY2020, see: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?featureid=26267 . Currently you can use the Audit logs, see: https://docs.microsoft.com/de-de/stream/audit-logs .
