Transcript not working
Hi,
Example:
00:10.000 --> 00:11.000
Caption (subtitle) is visible. Timestamp in transcript is wrong. Result: can't jump to scene.
00:10:00.000 --> 00:11:00.000
Caption isn't visible. Timestamp in transcript is correct. Result: Can jump to scene. However the caption is not visible.
Why is this? It seems to me to be a bug.

Hi espendl, the time granularity of the VTT file should go down to the thousandth of a second as shown in your second example. I cannot reproduce the issue where you describe the caption is not visible. Can you describe how the video was uploaded to Stream, and/or how the VTT file was created (if you did it manually)?
- espendlCopper ContributorI created it manually (spoken in Norwegian). I then uploaded a test video in English with ms ai speech recognition. Here I got the same result: subtitles are visible and show when they should, but the transcript is wrong. Here seconds are converted to milliseconds for some reason.

Thanks I'm not sure I totally understand your scenario espendl but the VTT file should be specified to the millisecond.
