Transcript not working

Hi, Example: 00:10.000 --> 00:11.000 Caption (subtitle) is visible. Timestamp in transcript is wrong. Result: can't jump to scene. 00:10:00.000 --> 00:11:00.000 Caption isn't visible. Times...

I created it manually (spoken in Norwegian). I then uploaded a test video in English with ms ai speech recognition. Here I got the same result: subtitles are visible and show when they should, but the transcript is wrong. Here seconds are converted to milliseconds for some reason.

Thanks I'm not sure I totally understand your scenario espendl but the VTT file should be specified to the millisecond.
