Microsoft Stream Classic upload and channel creation limitations no longer applied

Hi, 

 

I have set limitations for the creation of channels and the video uploads on the classic Stream and it's not applied. Everyone in the orgnization can now create channels or upload videos. Even though the creation is still restricted to a limited number of people (the global admin of the tenant).

 

Has anything changed to Stream that it now does not respect the video upload and channel creation permissions?

    Please open a support case and have them escalate the case to the product group if there isn’t anything wrong in your setup. Assuming your setup is correct it sounds like a regression.

      Since I'm using a Tenant demo on demos.microsoft.com to tests these configuration, I can't open a support request. Is there any other way to contact the Microsoft support about the subject ?
