Admin functions in Stream on Sharepoint
Hi Classic Stream content creation and Channel functions are controlled in the Classic Stream Admin portal. Is there any documentation please on what the new Stream on Sharepoint will have in terms of admin functions and what organisations need to consider when the new Stream is pushed out. For example, Will we have the ability to control content creation much like we do now? As far as I can make out Stream channels will be a thing of the past, but no docs seem to say this. Microsoft Stream Classic upload and channel creation limitations no longer applied
Hi, I have set limitations for the creation of channels and the video uploads on the classic Stream and it's not applied. Everyone in the orgnization can now create channels or upload videos. Even though the creation is still restricted to a limited number of people (the global admin of the tenant). Has anything changed to Stream that it now does not respect the video upload and channel creation permissions?

May-day - Image appears with 1/1,5 second delay
Hi all! I'm recording a video about 9/10 minutes length. I tried three times and always end up in the same situation. Video is recorded (never paused). When in the form "Review recording" the video is fine, perfect match between voice and images. The video is then uploaded to Stream. In the "Upload to Stream" form the video is still fine, perfect match between voice and images. The video is the published. Once the recording is ready if I run the video, images arrive with 1/1,5 sec of delay. In addition greeting at the beginning of the video (2 sec) are no more available (cut). The video is perfect if watched with another software. Also tried the following: downloaded, run and is fine, uploaded, run and is not fine. I don't know what to do, please help!Videos recorded in Teams Meeting cause multiple uploads of the same recording
Some of our teachers have made recordings using Teams Meeting, which automatically upload to Stream. When they check their progress, they see 5 or more uploads of the same file in progress. The uploads eventually fail. In some cases, a working copy of the file still gets uploaded and all is not lost. I have another teacher who made several recordings yesterday and it looks like his recordings may never show up. Does anyone know what we can do to remedy this?Single-Sign On
Hi, We use SharePoint Online and have implemented single-sign on within our network and 2 factor authentication outside. I want to embed Stream videos within our intranet rather than YouTube as some content may be sensitive. I was thinking of putting a pixel hosted on our SharePoint site alongside the Stream iFrame on the intranet pages, hoping that this would prevent users having the poor user experience of having to log in to view the embedded video, as the pixel should sign them into their Azure AD account if they were not already. Not sure this is feasible or the best way to achieve this. What options are there to provide single sign-on for Stream videos? Thank you for your time, Ollie
The authenticated user is not authorised to access this resource
We have a user who created a video inside MS stream, now some users can view the videos while other get this error:- "The authenticated user is not authorized to access this resource" I went to the video to check the permission, where i got that the videos is shared with a yammer group, as follow:- but if i click on the yammer image , i got this error:- so i am not sure how i can know to whom this video is been shared + how i can share this video with "Everyone except external users", so it is visible to all internal users?
