After removing a device from Domain from local User account without admin password...

After removing a device from the Domain from a local User account without admin password...If possible then can we access previous data?

    Please make your requirement clear here. Are you looking for domain user data after domain removal?
    If so, you will not be able to access profile data once device is removed from domain because you won't be able to connect that profile again in a workgroup environment.

      Is it possible as the Administrator to ensure no user has access to change their profiles or purchase services on their own. I run a healthcare outpatient treatmetn center and I am not an IT person. But I am hoping there is an easy solution to manage the 15 -20 users i have and be able to ensure security and oversight of all daily operations.
