After removing a device from Domain from local User account without admin password...
After removing a device from the Domain from a local User account without admin password...If possible then can we access previous data?

Please make your requirement clear here. Are you looking for domain user data after domain removal?
If so, you will not be able to access profile data once device is removed from domain because you won't be able to connect that profile again in a workgroup environment.
