An introduction to starting your organisation’s OKRs

The Viva Explorers wanted to understand what success looked like for us and we also knew that OKRs were a great way to do this. Rather than just do it ourselves, we thought we would film the process and share with everyone. Stale Hensen and myself sat down, talked a bit about the OKR framework and then worked out how that would fit the Viva Explorers.
