Alternatives to Viva Goals?
We went through something similar. It was a huge blow for us as well. They announced it a couple months after we put our entire strategy into Viva Goals. From the options you listed, we went with Teamflect and have been using it for about a month now. The migration was smooth and it does everything need it to do.
For anyone still coming across this thread while looking for a Viva Goals alternative, I’d add Oboard to the list. It’s built around OKRs and strategy execution, and it fits teams that want to keep their goals connected to the tools where the work happens.
It also works well across the Microsoft stack, including Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams and Power BI, so you can keep execution, collaboration and reporting connected instead of rebuilding everything in separate tools.
