Can SQL runtime and CAL licenses transfer to Azure?
Does anyone know if there's a SQL Server Licensing Guide?
I'm asking because I'd like to know if a client already has a SQL runtime and CAL licenses, are they transferrable to use on a SQL virt...

You have SQL Server license only "on paper", nothing to transfer. You just have to take care that you have valid licenses .. somewhere on paper.

Thanks olafhelper ...I'll provide the info about Azure Hybrid Benefit but I agree with LainRobertson that this is best handled by the Partner's AM.
