The FY24 Partner Fast Start Sessions: Brought to you by the Africa Global Partner Solutions team.

With the beginning of the next financial year fast approaching, the Microsoft Africa Global Partner Solutions Team (GPS) has begun our FY24 Partner planning journey.

It is important for our Partner ecosystem to align with Microsoft’s current priorities, strategies, and targets. We want to use this opportunity to encourage accelerated growth, targeting of key customer segments and differentiation through innovation.

Please join us for a series of sessions with the Microsoft Africa GTM Leads, Sales Leads (Commercial Solution Area) and Consumption Leads (Customer Success Unit). Learn more about the FY24 Solution Area focuses that will be used across business planning and execution, sales enablement, customer engagement and capacity planning.

Simple and clear | One organization | One language

The Go-to-Market Leads will showcase key accomplishments in FY23 and outline their vision for the upcoming year. The Commercial Solution Area team will provide comprehensive updates to partner organizations regarding solution areas, solution plays and technical capabilities. Special emphasis will be placed on highlighting hero products and generating a strong pipeline. The Customer Success Unit will present strategies to enhance collaboration between Microsoft and the partner ecosystem, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from their investments. Additionally, the Global Partner Solutions team will offer insights on optimal co-selling practices with Microsoft, along with an overview of the available programs designed to support such collaborations.

Each of the six sessions will align to a different solution area and cover the following flow of agenda points:
