I have enabled a general system attendant mailbox to be our operator and am now trying to create rules to forward the voicemail notification emails to several people that would monitor the mailbox rather than forcing them to constantly check it, has anybody had any luck in systematically redirecting or forwarding voicemail messages?
We just have full mailbox access to the general mailbox for the users that needed to check voicemail.
How about the ability to forward the voicemail on once it's placed in the mailbox. Ideally a system/shared mailbox which can forward the voicemail as an email with attachement once received.
