Seeing "Failed to retrieve your distribution lists." in Call Queues
When we open a Call Queue to edit it we see the below message intermittantly:
"Failed to retrieve your distribution lists. If the problem continues, please contact Microsoft Customer Service and Support."

- Steven ShullBrass ContributorI haven't seen that issue specifically, but did have issues when I tried to create a new distribution list to use that may be related. I tried to reference my new distribution list and it couldn't find any distribution list that matched the name, so I waited over 18 hours and it still couldn't find the new distribution list (but had no problem pulling up any other I tested). I ended up just using an existing one that didn't contain the right people and added people to that distribution list to test. When I checked a few days later it was available to use so I switched it over, but it does seem like there's a weird caching issue with distribution lists.

yes, for us it cleared up after a bit. (not quick sure how long.)
