Unfortunately the link to the download form for new telephone numbers is not working in the SfB context :( Where can I download the form for Netherlands?

    Thanks for the direct link, this helps a lot :)

     

    I tried it already in the SfB Portal, but the link there is only referring to SfB admin center help, and for Netherlands I get this direct URL: http://downloads.microsoft.com

    No form available ;)
