MicrosoftHi Toby - This ability is not present natively in the client, Thanks for
your feedback. I am not certain what your environment is, in case you
have SFB on Premise and Exchange UM then you can achieve this using Call
answering rules in Outlook. This however wont be available with SFB
online and Cloud PBX voice mail at the moment
