Cannot login to skype.visualstudio.com to view/edit Bug reports

Hi,

 

I'm member of the Skype Preview program and received the Test Flight Invitation. After I reported a bug in the beta Version of Skype for Business App on iOS, I received a confirmation mail from the system.

 

I now want to follow the discussion of my bug report but cannot login to skype.visualstudio.com. When I use my skype preview account I receive the message, that my account has to be prooved for security reasons. Afterwards the system tells me to log out and log in with anouter account. The help pages link redirect me to an Azure login page. But I do not have any additional account.

 

So how I can login to this page? Is it necessary to create another account? Any help is appreciated.

  • Hi - unfortunately we do not have the ability for you to login to the bug tracking system to get updates.

    As you can imagine we do get a large volume of feedback/issues so we aren't always able to respond to all of the items that are submitted.  However do stay tuned to your email for any additional communications.

      Hi Mirunan,

       

      thanks for your reply. Well, the text of the mail let me think that I should be able to edit my reported bug:

       

      "Please update the Bug with the correct area and iteration."

       

      But ok, I'm not worry about that :-)
