Call Queues Preserving CallerID
I am sure this is on the roadmap, but we're testing call queues and the callerID that an agent receives in a long GUID string rather than the original callerID.

I apologize for the undesirable experience. Yes we know it’s a bug and we are working on to fix the same. This issue is just not the UI thing, more than that.

It's encouraging to know this has been recognized as a bug and that a fix is forthcoming. I encountered this thread on doing a search after the issue, believe it or not, brought the onboarding of a new Office365 customer's pilot users to a dead stop yesterday. This is our first Cloud PBX deployment and to say that the client was underwhelmed is an understatement- the language they used was a little more colorful. Is there an ETA?
