unable to login to SFB
Hi experts one of my user is not able to login to Skype when he is connected to our companys wifi network on his iphone, but he is able to login from his mobile network. plz guide me to troubleshoot. he is getting below error.
I think going back to basics will be your starting point.
Check Office 365 Licences for the single user
Check Skype Admin Portal to see if they are located under users
Check sign in Address/Password
Can they sign in from another device
etc..

Is this Skype for Business Online or on-premises? Can other users connect on internal wifi?
SFB online, only this user is having issue , all other users are able to connect through wifi
