Sorry, I can't find a meeting with that number

Hi,

How I can start troubleshoting this issue?

When an organizer sends the skype meeting invitation and users try to join after inserting the conference ID provide on the email notification they receive this message "Sorry, I can't find a meeting with that number"

As work around the organizer have to re-send the meeting invitation but changing the meeting options to have a new conference id for each meeting.

So , basically using the static conference ID is making the users unable to join.
