Skype for Business Server 2015 vs Windows Server 2016

Question

Hi all, Since yesterday Microsoft released Skype for Business Server 2015 CU5. According to technet (see attachment) Windows Server 2016 should be supported after CU5. Can we conclude Windows Server 2016 is fully supported with the following fix "4020997 Skype for Business Server 2015 Front-End service may crash in Windows Server 2016" ?
