are you logging on using adam@contoso.com or adam@contoso.onmicrosoft.com?

withing the corporate network I've tried both adam@contoso.com and adam@contoso.onmicrosoft.com. Didn't work. However, when on public network, I can sign-in to SfB using adam@contoso.com

Just got my new Trio 8800 and i am having the same issue but with logons that use the .onmicrosoft.com UPN. All users on my federated domain work fine, I do have modern authentication enabled for Skype and Exchange on my tenant, but as i said my federated user ids work so I'm not sure that is the issue. Anyone have any ideas why the .onmicrosoft.com domain doesn't work on a fully patched trio 8800? I have enabled debug and i see that the phone doesn't seem to be able to find where to get its auth ticket from, I have also tried hardcoding the discovery as per the mention in this thread. Any help or ideas are appreciated. I have attached debug logs to this post. Thanks again.

    I ended up hardcoding the exchange URL on each Trio, after that all my problems went away. Currently we are running 5.5.2 (latest build) on our Trios with no known issues. Hope it helps.
