Multiple chats sessions with same contact in S4B window ?

Hm, it's summer now :o) However, my guess is that it will take at least another 6 months until the feature will be available on-prem.
Guys, don't be in a hurry, the windows users waiting for this feature since years.. :)

We have stopped using SFB now have switched to Slack. Seem you are losing a lot of users because of the lack of this basic feature.
