Multiple chats sessions with same contact in S4B window ?
Braedon - we are working on a fix for this, and it is internal testing right now. Since there are many different combinations for multiple conversations, we want to be very careful to make this rock solid before we release the fix. I expect to release a fix in Q1 of 2018.
This is singularly the most annoying issue with S4B to have multiple conversations with the same person, and to compound this inconvenience and confusion, renewed conversations often split across multiple conversations. Also, if I am in a different window, I get a missed message email--multiple times over the span of weeks. Summer of 2017 is come and gone. Summer of 2018 is here. I agree with others that Webex Teams (previously Spark) offers a much cleaner and richer experience, does everything Skype does better and offers more functionality. Are these glaring issues for Skype going to be fixed? If so, when and what is getting fixed? Thanks.
