Hi, I'm having a similar issue in Outlook on iOS (iPhone), however on watching a recent session from Microsoft Ignite, it was stated that the feature is being rolled out in phases. So hopefully everyone will get it!
Rolling out something in phases does not mean it works 50% of the time :P
