Issue with Skype Business Pro and Outlook 2016 Status Synchronization

Hello, I have the following problem. Skype Business Pro and Outlook 2016 are installed together.

Now, when I have a meeting, I am always shown as online in Outlook to others, and not as busy.

In Skype, I have already checked all the boxes. I have also compared with other users, everything is 1:1.
