Integration Microsoft Lync 2013 and Polycom Clariti

Hello.

After integration Lync 2013 (v5.0.8308.992) with RMX 800VE (v8.7.4.243) and DMA (v9.0.0) I see strange problem then users try to add vmr, that have been created on DMA with avc template, to AVMCU conference. Some users can make this action, than athers can not. Also problematic users can not make direct call to vmr by desktop client Skype for Business/Lync but can call by mobile client Skype for Business/Lync. How can it be solved?

    Half of problem solved. All users capable to connect in VMR on DMA.

     

    Who can say difference between mobile client and desktop client? What ports every one on them use for media?
