How to enable "Use your desk phone to make a Skype for Business call" feature in SFB Online

I believe this is only for on-premises Skype for Business Server.

  And you're using 100% cloud-based Office 365 Phone System or are you Hybrid/CCE?

    I have check office 365 E5 environment and office 365 with CCE environment, cannot find the setting to enable feature. Maybe this feature only available in hybird scenario? It seems no document about this.
