Direct Routing (Screenshots)
Public Preview of Microsoft Direct Routing becomes available in June. Here are some screenshots.
It's clear that there will be a migration process/workflow to migrate users currently homed in CCE (SFB Online) and SFB On-Prem to Microsoft Teams when the Direct Routing becomes public preview in June/July.
Setup a second leg SIP connection from an existing SBC to a Direct Routing and migrate users from CCE and SFB On-prem as shown.
Organizations transitioning to Microsoft Teams and partners helping it happen is unquestionable.
Early requirements, pre-requisites, and how-tos information release will be very much instructive for both customers as well as Microsoft partners
It's also noted that 4 more new SBC vendors will be certified and added at the end of this year.
