Block Incoming Call - C-PBX w/ MS PSTN Calling

Hi there,

 

I am sure someone has asked about this - but we are considering (well, more than considering) using C-PBX w/ MS PSTN Calling - we are an entertainment company that receives a lot of malicious repeated calls.  Is there any roadmap feature planned to allow tenant administrators to block x or y incoming call for a user or tenant-wide?

    Though not an ideal solution, you could get the caller ID, add a new Outlook contact with this phone number and then add that contact object to the Skype client's blocked contacts relationship. Agreed that this is not blocking for the masses, but assuming that most problem calls come to reception then may be a short term option for you.

      What happened to that SfB client side CTI App you were working on for blocking calls Mark :-)
