Skype For Business meeting presence/status are not getting change from available to in a meeting

Hello Team,

 

We are encountering an issue where users Skype For Business status/presence doesn't change immediately or sometime doesn't change at all from Available to In a Meeting and it is happening even we already joined a meeting. It is intermittent issue and happening to all.

 

Please suggest if there is any update on this from Microsoft end.

    Please make sure you are using latest sfb client and servers should be at least N-1.

     

    Presence issue could be due to your server performance. Check SQL Server database health as well.
