All - My problem has been resolved.. My issue was a result of being in the SfB preview plan and having both the General Release and Pre-Release app on my IOS app. Seems as if there's some sharing of config files amongst the two and were stepping on each other. Once I deleted both and installed only one and configured, call back began working...
