SfB no longer displaying caller ID correctly

We are currently using an On-prem server.  Over the past few weeks my users ID's have been disappearing when making out bound calls.  User ID's are now displaying as Private Number. 

 

HELP!

    Our provider told me "A change at the PBX level should update call your DIDs." This is something that I inherited, can anyone help me understand this and what I need to do?

    Hi,

     

    There is a significant variance in what "on-premises" server looks like. It's pretty hard to Troubleshoot from that little information to be honest.

     

    Are you saying their outbound caller ID (a SfB user calling an external mobile) does not show up on the mobile handset? 

    • Some of the time or all the time?
    • Some users or all users?
    • What changed between it working and not working?
    • SB Server version topology, gateway, carrier?

      1. Are you saying their outbound caller ID (a SfB user calling an external mobile) does not show up on the mobile handset? Correct, the caller ID is now showing as "private number"
      2. Some of the time or all the time?  It seems to be happening all of the time
      3. Some users or all users? More and more users are seeing this happen 
      4. What changed between it working and not working? Unsure what has changed
      5. SB Server version topology 2015, gateway unsure, carrier Intelepeer/Verizon?
