SfB no longer displaying caller ID correctly
We are currently using an On-prem server. Over the past few weeks my users ID's have been disappearing when making out bound calls. User ID's are now displaying as Private Number. HELP!
Our provider told me "A change at the PBX level should update call your DIDs." This is something that I inherited, can anyone help me understand this and what I need to do?
