When will SfB on Mac able to share screen without MeetNow?
I was told this is one of the upcoming feature.

On 16.2.111, I can share my screen with other users on 16.2.111. However, if someone using Windows tries to share their screen with me, it kills the phone call. The windows user will receive an error message stating that the invitation has expired, and most of the time I will have to force quit and restart skype for business on the mac to get it working again.

This might be because you are on 16.2.111 which introduced the screen sharing without having to start a meeting whereas the other user is not yet there. This is the Fast Insider Track you are on. I would not be surprised that come January 16.2 will be GA.

I think this means that they also have to be on SfB 16.2.xxxx client for screen sharing to work...
- Eric SilversteinCopper ContributorI have been asking about this for months and never get a response from MS.
- Sascha SchmatzBrass ContributorI fully agree - that is so annoying, because all Mac users were used to have that function already in the past with Lync 2011 !!!
