Skype for Business Mac Client version 16.15.166 crashes every time on start
This crashing issue should now be fixed for all users.

I'm having exactly same issue. I try to open the app and it crashes right away. I have tried reinstalling the app as well but same result.

4. Enter your system administrator password for your Mac when prompted. Administrator privileges are required to make changes to the /Applications and /Library directories where Lync and its browser plugins are installed.
