We have two options: Single Window or Multi-Window. In order to have Single Window you must have Server Side Conversation History (SSCH) setup in your environment.

  I have Server Side Conversation History enabled on my Skype server but still no single window mode. Could this be related to OS as well (I'm on Sierra)?
