MicrosoftHi Rachel. It is correct that SFB Mac does not support the buttons on the USB device to make call or hang up. We are working on adding the support and on more device. What Jabra device are you using?

Hi Rachel. Here's the list of devices cerified for Skype for Business. We will be prioritizing adding the support for these devices http://partnersolutions.skypeforbusiness.com/solutionscatalog/personal-peripherals-pcs. It might work for your Go device because it is similar to other Jabra devices but it is not guranteeed.
