Able to use wireless headset with SfB Mac?

This is what I sent to tech support: I updated to Sierra (10.12.3) so I could use Skype for Business for Mac. When I have Skype running, I can’t pick up a call or make a call and if I have Jabra Suite for Mac open, it tells me that Skype is not running. I was able to connect it to my cell phone, however, I am unable to place a call at all. My iPhone will consistently give me call failed until I not only disconnect, but “forget this device”. (iPhone 6, iOS 10.2)

Hi Rachel. It is correct that SFB Mac does not support the buttons on the USB device to make call or hang up. We are working on adding the support and on more device. What Jabra device are you using?

Hi Rachel. Here's the list of devices cerified for Skype for Business. We will be prioritizing adding the support for these devices http://partnersolutions.skypeforbusiness.com/solutionscatalog/personal-peripherals-pcs. It might work for your Go device because it is similar to other Jabra devices but it is not guranteeed.
