I am studying for the AB-731 exam (AI Transformation Leader). Hoping this will help raise my profile. The study guide (modules) are really good. Also will be completing some Applied Skills, hopefully the system won't crash like the last few times 🫣
I’ve been spending time exploring how to build small, purpose‑built agents that remove friction in program and event management. One I’m experimenting with right now is an agent that helps triage communication funnels — things like sorting incoming questions, routing them to the right owner, and flagging anything urgent. I’m also looking at how agents can help unblock common roadblocks, like tracking deliverables across teams or surfacing the right resources at the right moment. It’s been fun to see where automation can take over the repetitive parts so we can focus more on strategy and community engagement.
