Using multiple Choice Grids in MS Quiz

Hi everyone,  I am hoping one or you geniuses out there can help me.  I have been  using Google Forms successfully for a while now but my organisation insists we use MS forms.  I need to create a multiple choice grid  similar to that in the picture.  I need to add correct and incorrect answers.  Is this possible.  The Likert Scale does not work for me.    Thanks in advance
