Trouble with windows 10 update (KB5062154) with error (0x80073712)

I have a hp laptop with me. I've trying to updload it to windows 11 but this particular update file is taking my patience away with this error code:

"2025-07 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64 (KB5062154)

Status: Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712)"

I've tried every single possible way to fix it, from manual download to iso file type installation, but this isn't happening at all.

somebody help me please
