Students Cannot Upload a Profile Pic in Teams

I add my students manually as members in our Team Room; however, when they 'Tap' to add profile picture they are getting an error message. Does anyone know a fix to do this? Or could this be a block...

They will be shown as members in Teams but in Azure AD they can still be guests. I suggest to verify both places
