Show Modal Pop up once login to Teams

Dear Experts,

We have a requirement in which we need to show a modal dialog window to show , once the user logs daily for the first time in to Microsoft Teams (Web/Desktop/Mobile).

In the Dialog window we need to some activities to perform.

Is there any options to fulfill this requirements to open a Modal Dialog window?
