If the Microsoft recovery form says “not enough information,” there unfortunately isn’t a way for a support agent to manually bypass Microsoft’s account-verification process. Microsoft says its agents cannot reset passwords or change account details for you

Try these options:

Use the official Sign-in Helper: Microsoft Sign-in Helper

Submit the recovery form again, preferably from a device and location you previously used with that Hotmail account. Include old passwords, exact email subject lines, and contacts you emailed.

You can retry the recovery form up to twice per day.

Important: If the account has been inactive for more than two years, Microsoft says it may have been permanently deleted and cannot be reopened.
