Microsoft Outlook 2016

Good afternoon, community!

Here at the company we use Outlook 2016 to send and receive emails.
When we send the emails to the recipients, the following message that appears returning the sent email is:

MESSAGE DELIVERY FAILURE, NO SUBJETC.

Need help!
