Microsoft Clarity on my Shopify store facing issue to setup

I have installed Microsoft Clarity on my Shopify store multiple times but the dashboard keeps redirecting to the Getting Started / Install page. I have tried clearing cache, incognito mode, enabling app embed in Shopify theme, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and using different browsers. Nothing works.
